Diamond Auto Body & Paint is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to help guide customers through the repair process from start to finish.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance multiple responsibilities while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in person and over the phone
  • Provide a professional, welcoming experience for every customer
  • Schedule appointments and assist with repair intake
  • Coordinate communication between customers, insurance companies, rental car providers, and production staff
  • Provide repair status updates and answer customer questions
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Assist with administrative tasks, invoicing, and office support functions
  • Help ensure a smooth and positive repair experience from estimate to delivery

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer service, administrative, or front-office experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable using computer software, email, and office applications
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in a busy environment
  • Automotive or collision repair experience is a plus but not required

We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to be part of a team that values integrity, safety, and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Repair collision-damaged vehicles according to manufacturer and OEM standards
  • Remove, repair, and replace damaged body panels and structural components
  • Perform metal finishing, panel alignment, dent repair, and fit-and-finish adjustments
  • Ensure proper gaps, panel fitment, and overall vehicle appearance
  • Follow repair plans, blueprints, and estimating documentation
  • Work collaboratively with estimators, painters, and production staff
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Perform quality inspections throughout the repair process

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of collision repair or auto body experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of body repair techniques, tools, and equipment
  • Ability to read repair orders and follow OEM repair procedures
  • Experience with welding, panel replacement, and structural repairs is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
